Q: What insurance programs does Bartow PPM participate in?
A: Bartow PPM is a participant in almost all insurance plans. For our patients who do not have any insurance coverage, payment is expected in full at time of service. If you are scheduled for a hospital based procedure, we have very affordable and convenient payment plans. Please call our office with any questions you have concerning our participation with your insurance plan.

Q: Will I be able to get a same-day appointment?
A: In keeping with our philosophy of providing prompt care we will make every effort to see patients within 24 hours of their call. For same day appointments be sure to call early in the day.

Q: What information should I bring with me on my first appointment?
A: Always bring your insurance card, photo ID and list of your medications, if any. If you have prior medical records you should also bring them. You will need to complete a patient questionnaire on your first visit.
